By Order of the Supreme Court of Louisiana, the limitation on “self-study” credits (as defined in Rule 3(d) of Supreme Court Rule XXX) shall be increased to twelve and one half (12.5) hours annually. Your annual CLE requirement for 2021 can be met online, whether through accredited live or recorded webinars/seminars.
On April 27 of 2021, the Supreme Court issued an Order amending the online carry-over limit, permitting a maximum of four (4) 'self-study' credits to carry over to compliance year 2022.
Important MCLE Information:
When you have completed your online seminar, please be sure to access the Certificate of Completion
. Once the Certificate page has been opened, your online account will reflect a "completed"
status for that online seminar. The credits for completed online seminars are then reported by the CLE Department of the LSBA to the MCLE Office.
