When a family member has special needs, that can change the way that families need to plan for the future. It is complex situation that includes federal and state law and agencies. This presentation will describe options regarding planning and providing for special needs individuals including First Party and Third Party Special Needs Trusts and ABLE accounts. It will also detail what these options can pay for to help the special needs individuals as well as the limitations of these options.
