This presentation will address an attorney’s ethical obligations while practicing before any administrative tribunal. Pertinent Louisiana Rules of Professional Conduct and the American Bar Association Model Rules of Professional Conduct will be discussed. Louisiana Supreme Court jurisprudence in attorney discipline cases involving attorneys who have been disciplined for violating ethical rules while practicing before administrative tribunals will also be discussed.
